A fully furnished room for rent near Station Den Haag Moerwijk in between Delft and Den Haag Central. It is easy to get around. There are 3 bedrooms and a large living room in the apartment .
Currently, the room to rent has just been renovated with new flooring, currently there is only owner lives in it. The house is renovated in 2022 and a new washing machine/fridge.
The room has furniture (a bed with 140*200cm, a desk and 3 doors-closet) and the apartment have all electrical appliances (new washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, etc.) equipped. 
Internet is included in the rent.
Public transport is very convenient; it's about a 15-minute walk to the HS station. Trams 1, 15, 16, and 17 are all nearby. 
The apartment will be rented for one year.
 looking for  one working professional (must be man, women and couples are not possible), who are tidy and responsible to take good care of rental property.
