About the place

Because I will be staying abroad for several months for work, I am immediately subletting my room initially until September 2026.
However, it is also possible that my employer will keep me abroad for a longer period, which would mean the room could be rented from October onwards for an indefinite period.
The room has a surface area of 13m² and is located in a spacious terraced house (with a garden!) in The Hague, Ypenburg.
It is an ideal location if you are studying or working in The Hague or Delft.
You will share the house with two very nice expats from China, who speak good English and who cook and eat together every evening.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine + dryer), and I will leave my room fully furnished.
The monthly rent is €895 including utilities (gas, water, electricity).
