The room is on the top floor (so no upstairs neighbors) and comes equipped with a work desk, corner sofa, and a double bed. On this floor, there is a lovely south-facing balcony, a large luxury bathroom, and a separate toilet, which are shared by only 2 residents (there are 6 residents in total, sharing 3 floors and 205m2 of living space). The property is equipped with all imaginable conveniences, such as a Japanese toilet with a washing function, a smart fridge with a built-in screen, and a Quooker tap.
