About the place

Hey everyone! 
We are an international queer friendly student house and we have a room available in our house! The room is available from May onwards. The room is already equipped with a bed, desk, chair and closet which is included in the rent. Also included in the rent is a cleaning service twice a month for the commons areas: bathrooms, hallways, and kitchen. The rent is around €580 a month sometimes you pay a bit more because of utilities. You will be sharing a bathroom with 3 others and the kitchen with everyone. In total we live with 7 people but 1 is leaving us so the 6 of us are looking for a new roomie! 
 
The kitchen is huge with 2 ovens and one combo microwave/ oven. So if you love to cook this is the right house for you. And if you don’t like cooking with also have an air fryer and many other kitchen equipments you can use. We are looking for a student around the age of 18 - 25. Preferably someone who would like to stay with us for at least a year so no exchange students. We like to hangout together in the kitchen since this is our common area. And we like to cook dinner together sometimes! But nothing is obligatory we also love our alone time. Would you like to live in our wonderful household? Fun facts about the house: 
The house is a 5 minute walk for Zuiderpark. 
5 minutes walk to supermarkets and shops such as: Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Etos, Gall&gall 
There’s a direct bus to The Hague University/ train station Hollands Spoor 
There’s also a direct tram to the city center!! 
Yes registration is possible 
Dutch or international we don’t mind :)
