About the place

This room with a private balcony is located at the rear side of a spacious 175 m² apartment, which is divided into six very large and well-equipped rooms spread over two floors. Each floor has its own modern bathroom. All housemates are students.

The room, including the generous 12 m² private balcony, overlooks the quiet back side of the street. The nearest tram stop is only a few hundred meters away. The large shared living kitchen connects to an additional balcony and is fully equipped for comfortable daily use.

Everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of background, beliefs, or identity. The atmosphere in the apartment is calm, open-minded, and friendly. All housemates contribute to keeping the apartment clean and tidy.
