Furnished Room Available in Loosduinen – The Hague

A furnished single room is available in Loosduinen, within a professional, well-maintained and 🏳️‍🌈 LGBT/straight-friendly household. I am looking for a tidy, considerate and respectful housemate.

The Apartment

The apartment underwent extensive renovations in 2023 and features two balconies, a new kitchen, a modern bathroom and a separate, newly renovated toilet.

Monthly Contribution and Included Facilities

The monthly contribution is €875. This includes a contribution towards the use of the furniture in the room, as well as the available cutlery and cooking utensils. The use of electric heating in the room and reasonable use of the shower are also included.

Use of Shared Spaces

The dining table is available for you to enjoy your meals, either independently or together. It is not intended to be used as a workspace. The living area with the sofa and television is explicitly excluded from this arrangement and is not available for shared use.

Administration

I will prepare a written agreement for my own administrative records only.

Introduction and Viewing

If you are seriously interested, I can send you the house rules following a brief introductory video call. This will give you a clear understanding of the expectations and arrangements within the household before making a decision.

The room is currently occupied until and including 15 November. Once the current guest has moved out, you will have the opportunity to view the room in person. No payment will be requested until you have had the opportunity to view the room.

Who Am I Looking For?

My preference is for a female housemate who would enjoy sharing dinner approximately once every three weeks. Simply enjoying a meal together, having a friendly chat and sharing the occasional joke.

In my experience, this kind of interaction contributes to a pleasant, relaxed and respectful living environment, while naturally allowing everyone to maintain their own privacy and independence.
