Available from 21 November 2027 for a short-term stay (maximum 4 months).

A furnished single room is available in Loosduinen, in a professional, LGBT/straight-friendly household. Suitable for a clean, tidy and considerate individual.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 and features two balconies, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a separate, newly renovated toilet.

Monthly contribution: €875

The price includes additional costs for the use of furniture in the room, cutlery and cooking utensils. It also includes electric heating in the room and reasonable use of the shower.

Payment: Cash only. A written receipt will be provided upon payment.

Given the short-term nature of the stay, I am willing to be flexible regarding termination. I therefore offer the guest a one-week notice period. Please note that an extension of the stay will not be possible.

The dining table is available for having meals (but not for working). The living area with the sofa and television is not included in this arrangement and is not intended for shared use.

I will prepare a written agreement for administrative purposes only.

If you are interested, I can send the house rules to a prospective guest following a brief introductory video call.

The room is currently occupied until and including 15 November. Once the current guest has moved out, it will be possible to view the room before any payment is made.
