Available from 10 January 2027 – Short-term stay (until 18 April 2027)

A furnished single room is available in Loosduinen, in a professional, 🏳️‍🌈 LGBT- and straight-friendly household. The room is suitable for a tidy, considerate and well-presented person.

The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 and features two balconies, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a separate, newly renovated toilet.

The monthly contribution is €875, including the use of the room's furniture, cutlery and cooking utensils. This also includes electric heating in the room and reasonable use of the shower.

Payment is cash only. A written receipt will be provided upon payment.

Due to the short-term nature of the stay, registration at the address is not possible. In view of this arrangement, I will be flexible regarding early termination and propose a one-week notice period for the guest. Extensions of the stay are not possible.

The dining table is available for eating meals, but not for working. The living room, including the sofa and TV, is not part of this offer and is not available for shared use.

I will draw up a written agreement for my own administrative records only. This document will not be provided to the guest and cannot be used for address registration.

Upon request, I can send the house rules to a prospective guest after a brief introductory video call.

The room is currently occupied until and including 8 January 2027. After the current guest has moved out, the room can be viewed before any payment is made.
