The apartment was extensively renovated in 2023 and features two balconies, a new kitchen and bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The total price of the room, including costs for the use of the room’s furniture, kitchen utensils, cookware, and an advance payment for electricity and water, plus a contribution for reasonable use of toilet paper, kitchen roll, detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, olive oil, herbs, and spices, is €875.

The dining table is available for your use to eat at. The living room (where the sofa and TV are located) is not included in this offer.
