Since February 2025, I’ve been living in this wonderful home. To share costs, I’m renting out one of the floors, this is a private studio of around 30 sqm. 

The Studio
This spacious 30 m² studio is located on the fourth floor and offers breathtaking views of Scheveningen Beach and Pier. It was newly renovated in January 2025, providing a fresh, modern living space.

I live on a different floor but am frequently away, ensuring a quiet and independent living experience.

€1,400 per month, all-inclusive (electricity, Wi-Fi, city taxes, laundry detergent, etc.).

Suitable for one person only due to municipal regulations;
Registration at the address is required;
Unfortunately, regularly hosting a partner is not permitted.
