About the place

Hi! I own this apartment and I’m looking for a female tenant to rent my room while I’m on exchange. The room is available from the beginning of August until the beginning of January.

The apartment is 76 m² and is shared with one friendly female roommate. Your private bedroom is approximately 8 m² and comes fully furnished with:

* Bed
* Clothing rack with hangers
* Storage space

There is also a separate study/storage room with a desk that you are welcome to use whenever you need a quiet place to study or work.

You only need to bring your own bedding and towels.

The apartment includes:

* Fully equipped shared kitchen (with cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.)
* Shared living room
* Shared bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub
* Shared toilet 
* Shared balcony
* Shared storage room
* Wi-Fi

Gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent.

Location

* 17-minute walk or 5-minute tram ride to The Hague University of Applied Sciences
* 7–10 minutes by tram to The Hague city centre
* Excellent public transport connections nearby, nearby tram stop at 3 minutes walking
* supermarket at the end of the street, 3 minutes walking

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and organized. Dutch and international students are both welcome.
