What we offer:

 A spacious room (24m²) for just €477 per month!
→ Rent: €672/month – with ~€180/month rent allowance, your net rent is much lower

→ 5-minute bike ride to the beach, 15 minutes to the city center. Tram 11 stops right around the corner, and trams 3 & 17 are just a 5-minute walk away. The bus stops just one minute from the house.

→ Your room has a private sink, entry area, and storage space. You share the shower and toilet with just 2 others.
→ Most rooms have a balcony or outdoor space. No balcony right now? There’s a good chance you can move to one later!
→ The house includes 2 kitchens, a dining room, a living room, a bike storage area, and a large rooftop terrace with an amazing view of The Hague.

→ In our spacious basement, we host two unforgettable house parties each year. And in between? Beerpong, birthdays, and plenty of spontaneous fun!
