Hi everyone,
I'm subletting my room in The Hague in the summer / fall period. 
The room is available for two rental periods: during the summer (from the 1st of June until the 30th of August) and during the fall semester (from the 1st of September until the 30th of January 2027) as I will move abroad for that semester. Applicants interested in renting the room for the WHOLE period (June 1 - January 30) will be prioritized.
In your reply, please indicate the period in which you would like to rent the apartment (summer / fall / both). 
Due to the large amount of messages, if you do not mention the rental period, your application will not be considered and your message will not be answered.

Location: Valkenboskwartier, Den Haag.
Grocery stores like Albert Heijn and Jumbo are within a 5-minute walk, and tram line 2, 4, and 12 are also easily reachable by foot.

About the room: this bright, sunny room is equipped with a nice couch, a loft bed, a desk, a small TV, a mirror, and a wardrobe.

It is located in a flat with 2 other bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom and the kitchen is shared with the other 2 flatmates (1 female, 1 male)
About the potential subtenant: age range ideally between 18-25, students / interns preferred
Rent (for one period only): 800€ / month, inclusive
Rent (for both periods): 775€ / month, inclusive
