About the place

 I'm (sub)renting my room from 1st of August (duration can be discussed) with potential contract take-over for permanent rental (if candidate likes the apartment during the visit, not mandatory though).

The apartment is very central, spacious and quiet. My roomate is 32y. male phD student, very relaxed and easy-going. 
The room is not furnished! (But I can offer a large air matress if candidate only subrents)
We have a well equipped kitchen and bathroom (incl. washing maschine and dryer)
