About the place

A unique student mini-apartment in a stately home. Private bathroom and small kitchen. Doors to the patio open. The patio overlooks a beautiful garden (no garden access). However, the condition is that you like cats: AND the rent includes feeding the cat every morning (except when absent, but this is by prior arrangement). The owner uses the washing machine and dryer once or twice a week. You share the front door/hallway and toilet. Quiet tenants are required. Unfortunately no space for overnight visitors, unless by exception and in agreement with owner. Suitable for non-smokers only.
