About the place

From October 1st, an 11 m² room will become available in our cozy, bright, two-story apartment (103 m²). The room is available for a minimum of one year.

The rent is €580 per month, including utilities (gas, water, electricity), and the deposit is €800. The room comes furnished with a bed (frame and mattress) and a wardrobe; purchasing these items from the current tenant is mandatory (€150).

We share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two toilets. The apartment is in a great location: a 20-minute walk or a less-than-10-minute bike ride from the city center. An Albert Heijn supermarket, the Haagse Markt, and various tram stops are all within walking distance.

You will be living with Maurits (32, Dutch) and Nicolàs (27, Colombian). Maurits works in The Hague and is always up for a chat after work. Besides cycling, he has recently taken up running. Nicolàs has lived in the Netherlands since last year and works as a researcher. He loves traveling, cycling, movies, and food!
We value treating each other with respect. Although everyone has a busy work and personal life, we enjoy chatting together and maintaining a calm, harmonious atmosphere at home.

* Gross monthly income of at least 3 times the base rent (approx. €1,450 per month). NO GUARANTORS ALLOWED!
* When applying, you will be asked to provide an annual income statement (or IB-60 form), an employment contract or employer's statement, your last three payslips, and your last three bank statements (showing only salary deposits).

We will close the listing at the end of the day this coming Sunday, September 13. The following day, we will send invitations to a select group of people for an introductory meeting and viewing on the evening of Wednesday, September 16.
