About the place

From 1 February, a temporary room will be available until 1 August in a quiet and pleasant student house. The room is approximately 8 m² and the rent is around €500 per month, including gas, water, electricity and internet. The loft bed can stay for a small takeover fee if desired.
You will be sharing the house with three other female housemates, aged 22 to 26. The house is calm and well-kept, with no obligations, and includes a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The location is very well connected: the tram stops right in front of the house and The Hague Central Station can be reached within 15 minutes. In addition, AH, Jumbo, Etos and a snack bar are all within a five-minute walk. The neighbourhood is quiet, while all amenities are close by.
