I am offering my room for a one-year sublet in a modern and well-maintained apartment on Loosduinseweg in The Hague. You will be sharing the apartment with two working men (31 and 34), who are present roughly half of the week. The apartment is non-smoking and pet-free.

Looking for: a working tenant without pets, for a one-year rental period.
Rent: €650 per month, including gas, water, electricity and WiFi.

The room is delivered furnished with flooring and window coverings.
The apartment features a shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen (with dishwasher), as well as a washing machine and dryer. The living room is modest in size, but pleasant to use and equipped with sliding doors leading to the outdoor area.

The room is located on the quiet south-facing side of the building and borders a sunny open gallery with ample space to sit outdoors. The apartment was built in 2009 and is well insulated, equipped with mechanical ventilation with filters, and has windows that can be opened.

The room is available from 8 December.
