About the place

It is a very spacious apartment, and the room available for rent is also spacious and comes with its own balcony. The apartment is located in Leyenburg, a safe and quiet neighborhood. Public transport (tram) stops right outside the door! The apartment complex has a secure entrance area, and the tenant also has access to the storage shed, where you can park a bicycle and potentially a scooter. Access to this area is through the main entrance—there is no separate rear access—making it very secure.

I recently purchased the apartment, so we can still decide on things like painting walls a different color or choosing furniture. The kitchen is very spacious and features an island where you can sit to eat or work. The bedroom has its own balcony with a fly screen; the kitchen and living room have balconies with screens as well. You have your own sink in the bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are separate.

There is an entrance, a long hallway, and a closet containing a washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a nice walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. The spacious kitchen includes a coffee corner and a large island suitable for sitting and eating. Large sliding doors in the living room open onto a balcony, and there is also a door to a balcony in the kitchen. The bedroom available for rent also has a balcony.

I am 18 years old and am about to start my studies at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, so I am looking for a roommate—preferably a female student!
