About the place

The apartment is located near Zuiderpark, with excellent access to public transport and local amenities. A bus stop and a Lidl supermarket are just a few minutes away, while several tram stops and the Leyweg Shopping Centre can be reached within a 10-minute walk.

The apartment is shared with five other students in a mixed-gender household. Most of the current residents are international students, creating a friendly and multicultural living environment. The apartment offers a shared toilet and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, and washing machine. There is also a spacious shared kitchen where each resident has their own cupboard for food and kitchen storage. In addition, the apartment has a shared balcony. The room is furnished with a bed, mini fridge, dresser, desk and chair (the photos show how the room is currently occupied, the video shows how the room will be passed on).

The rent is €430 per month, excluding utilities. Registration at the address is possible.

The room is available from 15 July 2026 until mid-January 2027, but can be extended for up to 2 years in total. Students only. International students are very welcome.
