The bedroom offers a entrance to the living room and through the hallway a private balcony that is facing the southwest side of the city. This means guaranteed sunshine until the sun sets. The listing also comes with plenty of storage space and a private bike storage.

The room is available for 3 or 4 months. Once a month the apartment is cleaned and this is included in the rent. Ideal for professionals and visiting students or scholars for the summer!
