The room will be available from 1 October 2026. In-person viewings can take place between 4 to 14 September - the room will be free during this period as the current tenant will be travelling. Online viewings via a videocall are also possible.

- preferred contract duration.

Transport connections:
- Den Haag Centraal: 9 min ride on tram 6 from stop Hofzichtlaan
- Leiden: 12 min by train from Den Haag Mariahoeve station (4 min by bike to the station)
- Delft: 13 min by train from DH Laan v NOI station (12 min by bike to the station), alternatively: direct tram 19 from HMC Antoniushove stop (5 min by bike)
- Rotterdam: 21 min ride to Rotterdam Meijersplein / Airport by Metro line E from Voorburg 't Loo RandstadRail station (8 min by bike to the station).

All costs (utilities, Internet, furniture, etc.) are included in the rent.
The apartment is fully equipped: washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner, stove, oven, microwave oven, etc.
There is 1 parking space outside the building that the tenant can use.
In the basement of the building there is also a locked storage room for the apartment as well as a common bike parking area.

The apartment is to be shared with 1 person (me). I'm 36 (M), recently finished my PhD and working from home. I have had a positive experience sharing this apartment, but the current tenant is moving out to pursue PhD research abroad, so I am looking for a new flatmate!
