Comfortable room of 17 m2, available for a male or female student who needs a room in The Hague because of temporary study or internship. The house is shared with 3 foreign tenants. Since all of them have busy professional lives, the new tenant should be a calm, clean and responsible person.
The room is on the third floor, on which also the bathroom and a second toilet are located. On the second floor is a modern kitchen with a large fridge, an oven/microwave, induction cooking, a dish washer, and ample storage space. On this floor is also a spacious common living room and a large balcony. Laundry machine and dryer are provided.
The available room has large windows and is fully furnished. The rental contract will be temporary, until 1 July 2027. The rent of 650 euro per month is excluding shared utilities, which amount to around 100 euro per month. The deposit is equal to one month rent and utilities, in total 750 euro.
