About the place

I am looking for a friendly flatmate to share my apartment with. We share a bathroom and toilet and you have your own room of 20 m2 and a separate living room/kitchen, with balcony.

Located in a green and quiet area, close to the center of The Hague and the beach. Both Laan van NOI station (10 min) and The Hague Central are within cycling distance (15 min).

I am 30 years old, work in The Hague and I like cycling, running, swimming and being outside.
I am looking for someone who likes to hang out together, but also has their own life. I appreciate peace and quiet and like routine. I exercise often and would also like to do sports with a roommate. So bonus points if you like cycling and cooking/baking!

If you think we are a good match, send a short introduction and let's get to know each other. The room is available from July 1st (earlier is possible), initially for 6 months. Any extension is possible up to 12 months. Longer than 1 year is not possible.
