About the place

IMPORTANT: Due to a last-minute cancellation, we are urgently looking for a new housemate for this room. This means you will need to pay the rent for August as well. In return, you can move in immediately. The chosen one will be picked this week already so be quick!

Spacious 11.3 m² bedroom available in a friendly five-bedroom (student) house in the Laakkwartier area of The Hague. The neighborhood is lively and convenient, with supermarkets and shops just around the corner. You can reach the city center or the central station within a 10-minute bike ride, and there are tram stops on the street with connections throughout the city.

You will be sharing the house with sociable housemates who are either studying or working. It is a friendly and active household. The house has a spacious shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a small balcony. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher.

The monthly rent for the room is €640. The bed frame and desk can be taken over by agreement if you are interested. The room is available immediately.

Please note that registration at the address is possible and even preferred.
