Roommate (M/F) aged 20–25 wanted!

A spacious bedroom of 11.3 m² is available in a fun five-room (student) house in the Laakkwartier neighborhood of The Hague. The area is lively and cozy, with supermarkets and shops just around the corner. Within 10 minutes by bike, you can reach the city center or the train station, and there are tram stops on the street with connections in all directions.

You’ll be sharing the house with 4 male housemates (aged 21–25) who are either still studying or working. It’s a social house. There is a large shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, plus a small balcony. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

Bedroom: the base rent is €640. Service costs are approximately €60 per month. The bed, desk, and wardrobe may be taken over for free if desired. The room is available from June 1st.

Please note: registration at the address is probably not possible due to municipal regulations.

Unfortunately, a deposit is required: €1000.
