Requirements for the new tenant:

Must be a full-time student at Leiden University.
Will take over the contract for the remaining rental period.
The contract cannot be extended.
Must be a man
The room is taken over in its current condition.
No kitchen or bed package is provided.
The room will not be professionally cleaned before move-in.
Key handover will be arranged directly with the current tenant.
