I’m looking for a flatmate to share my freshly renovated, fully furnished 3.5-room apartment (88 m²) in a lovely part of The Hague. The room available has its own small balcony.

A bit about me: I’m Julius, 27, originally from Germany, and I moved to the Netherlands this year. I work partly from the office and usually work from home in the living room on Thursdays and Fridays. Outside work, I enjoy running, hiking, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

The apartment is ready to move into and has everything you need: kitchenware, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and more. There’s also a spacious bathroom and a separate guest toilet, so you can settle in straight away.

The location is a real highlight. The Hague city center is just 5 minutes away, Scheveningen beach is about 15 minutes away, and there are excellent public transport connections nearby.

- Rent: €1,250/month, excluding utilities

- Deposit: two months’ rent
- Registration at the address is possible
- For one person only
- No smoking or pets

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, easygoing, and friendly, and who is comfortable with me working from the living room on Thursdays and Fridays.
