About the place

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to take over the room in the shared pictures. The property is a 4 bedroom house, located in a green and quiet area.
The room in question is on the first floor, along with another bedroom used as an office, a dressing room & a bathroom with bathtub. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor. The living room and kitchen, are set on the ground floor, along with a service toilet. There is also a small garden in the back.
The atmosphere of the house is pretty chill, we're looking for someone who is vegetarian, preferably having a holistic lifestyle, into yoga etc.
You will be sharing the house with 2 other housemates and a sweet doggie, so you should love animals, too. 

Overall, we're leaning towards an all female accompaniment.
