Room to rent in Scheveningen - working female only please

Small single room (approx. 14m2) in a shared inter-generational international house of working people (two men, two women).  Sharing kitchen and (sunny) terrace: available from 1st April 2026.  The room is partly furnished with the basics (bed/ table/wardrobe etc) in a great area of Den Haag between Scheveningen and Frederik Hendriklaan (shopping) - close to the beach, good transport, shops and city.  House internet.

Rent is 650 euro per month, plus 1/3 energy bills (currently 55 euro pm). Deposit 2x months rent.

We like a cosy home with cheerful and harmonious cohabitation, keeping shared areas clean is important, as is thinking of others and freedom and respect for difference/ autonomy.  We want someone who wants more than a room to stay: rather motivated to work with others in the house to share where they feel like it and build an open and cooperative space.  Good communication and a bohemian and relaxed approach to life would also probably help 🙂.
