About the place

Room/s to rent in a shared inter-generational, international house of working people.  E740 per month.  Sharing kitchen and balcony with three others, available from 1st March 2026.  In a great area of Den Haag (between Scheveningen and Frederik Hendriklaan) - close to the beach and good transport.  High-speed Internet.  

The room is semi furnished with basics such as bed, wardrobe, table and chair, and the rest you can decide.  Two small rooms next to each other (bedroom 15m2) and (study 6m2).  
In addition we share energy costs (currently 60 euro pm).  Deposit 2x months rent.
Registration no problem.  

We like a cosy home with cheerful and harmonious cohabitation, keeping shared areas clean is important, as is thinking of others and freedom and respect for difference/ autonomy.  We want someone who wants more than a room to stay: rather motivated to work with others in the house to share where they feel like it and build an open and cooperative space.  Good communication and a bohemian and relaxed approach to life would also probably help 🙂.
