About the place

Located in a quiet street in a stately house in the Duinoord neighborhood, close to cozy shopping streets like Fahrenheitstraat. Beach and city center are a 15-minute bike ride away. Beautiful bright spacious room in a nice area on the 2nd floor at the back, 22 m2 with its own sink (cold water tap). You'll be living with two other students on a campus contract basis.  

On the same floor: kitchen with fridge/freezer and gas stove, bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin (and extra sink) and a balcony. Separate toilet. You share the kitchen with two other students, and the bathroom and toilet with one other student. Laundry machine available. You can park your bike in the front yard.  

Rent is €530 excluding utilities, service costs €70 (gas, water, electricity, and internet).
