Experience living in the centre of 's-Hertogenbosch with a room in this carefully designed shared apartment. The residence has a high ceiling and large windows, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. 
The spacious apartment is fully furnished and centrally located, only a 8 minute walk from 's-Hertogenbosch central station. 
The shared spaces are a sustainable open kitchen, bar area, bathroom (with bath and shower), toilet, dining area, a comfortable living and 2 balconies.

The apartment is equipped with wooden flooring, curtains and brand new furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooking and utensils. There is also a laundry machine. 
The private bedroom has a large double bed, a workstation and large wardrobe. 

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Total Rental price is €1150,- including utilities, WIFI, servicecharges, car parkingspot and the large storage unit. Exluding taxes. A two months deposit is needed.
Available from the 1st of June, for max 12 months (until the 1st of June 2027) and cannot be extended.
