About the place

A studio on the second floor of our house is becoming available.

There are four of us living here: the owner on the ground floor (who lives there only during the week and travels frequently) and two highly educated twenty-somethings on the first floor. The second-floor unit is now opening up. It is a quiet house located in a lovely, green, and peaceful suburb. High level of service. The room comes fully furnished and fitted out, featuring neutral décor and professional-grade laminate flooring. Cleaning costs are included.
