About the place

Several recently renovated student rooms will become available from 27 September at Van Grobbendoncklaan in ’s-Hertogenbosch. The property consists of six student rooms and accommodates a maximum of six residents.

Each room has its own kitchenette and a fast internet connection. One of the rooms also has a private toilet. The shared facilities include two showers, two toilets and a washing machine.

The communal areas are cleaned once a month. We are looking for tidy and respectful tenants who are considerate of their housemates and contribute to a pleasant and clean living environment.

The photos show one of the available rooms and were taken in the evening during the final stage of the renovation. A few finishing touches are still being completed. All rooms will be neatly finished before the tenancy starts. The layout and size vary from room to room. New photos taken in daylight will be added once the renovation has been completed.
