The property is located 1.5 km from the city center, 2.3 km from the train station, and 750 m from the supermarket area (including Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, and similar stores).

Parking is free on the street and throughout the surrounding residential area.

The room comes with curtains installed. The house has 2 toilets and 2 showers. On the first floor there is a spacious shared kitchen used by 3 other residents. On the second floor there is another shared kitchen used by 3 residents as well. (One room has its own private kitchenette.) The washing machine and refrigerators are also shared. In addition, the property is equipped with a newly installed integrated fire alarm system. The front garden is spacious enough to safely park your bicycle.

Registration with the Municipality of ’s-Hertogenbosch is possible and is even encouraged by us.

Viewings will take place as soon as possible; the latest start date for rental contracts is June 1st. Earlier move-in is possible. Viewings can take place online or in person at the property.

The security deposit is equal to 1.5 times the monthly rent. During the key handover, photos will be taken and documented together with the tenant. This allows both parties to clearly record any existing damages or imperfections beforehand.
