The house consists of three floors with shared toilets, bathroom, kitchens, a rooftop terrace, and a front garden.

The property offers multiple rooms of different sizes and rental prices, all available immediately. Therefore, I have created several separate listings here.

The house is equipped with a dryer, washing machine, fridge-freezers, and an integrated fire alarm system. Parking on the street and in the neighborhood is free.

It is located 2.3 km from Den Bosch Central Station, 1.2 km from the city center, and 950 m from the supermarket/shopping center.

Suitable for students, working professionals, or starters.

Viewings will take place as soon as possible. When attending a viewing, you are of course welcome to look at the other available rooms as well. The latest move-in date is June 1, 2026, though an earlier move-in is preferred.

The photos were recently taken during renovation work. Each room comes with new curtains, new lighting, new high skirting boards, a new fire alarm, and a newly installed lock. The front door also has a new police-approved security lock. Each floor has its own Wi-Fi network with signal boosters.

Viewings can be scheduled flexibly, but they will take place on very short notice, as the rental contracts will commence no later than June 1st.
