In Huize Zaïre komen 2 kamers vrij voor onderhuur (v/m/x, 21+)!

Kamer 1 (met groene muur) is ongeveer 17m2, en is beschikbaar van 24 januari tot en met 24 juni voor ongeveer 525 euro inclusief. 

Kamer 2 (met schuine dak) is ongeveer 30 m2 en is beschikbaar van 1 maart tot en met 31 juli voor ongeveer €600 euro per maand inclusief. 

In ons huis woonkamer wordt er samen gegeten, films gekeken, cd’s geluisterd, gedanst, gelezen en fanatiek gepuzzeld. We eten vrijwel iedere dag samen. Ook is er in huis genoeg ruimte om je eigen ding te doen! We hebben een super ruim balkon inclusief kruidentuin en hangmat. In de zomer kan hier goed gebarbecued worden, al dan niet samen met de buurtjes. 's Avonds kunnen we hier van een heerlijke avondzon en uitzicht op de Rotterdamse polders genieten. 

De natuur is om de hoek, de tram naar Scheveningen stopt voor de deur en je bent binnen no time bij de supermarkt en snackbar. Ook hebben we een fietsenhok met twee(!) tandems, een gouden bad en veel kamerplanten.

Als dit je nou leuk lijkt, stuur een leuk berichtje(met leuke foto erbij) /filmpje over jezelf wie weet zien we je 12 januari op de instemming!

2 rooms will be available for subletting in Huize Zaïre (f/m/x, 21+),

Room 1 (with green wall) is approximately 17m² and is available from January 24th to June 24th for approximately €525, inclusive. 

Room 2 (with the sloping roof) is approximately 30m² and is available from March 1st to July 31st for approximately €600 per month, inclusive. 

In our living room we eat together, watch films, listen to cd’s, dance, read and fanatically do puzzles. We eat together almost every day. There is also enough space in the house to do your own thing! We have a super spacious balcony including a herb garden and hammock. In the summer we can barbecue here, with or without the neighbors. In the evening we can enjoy the lovely evening sun and view of the Rotterdam polders. 

Nature is around the corner, the tram to Scheveningen stops in front of the door and you are at the supermarket and snack bar in no time. We also have a golden bath, lots of houseplants and a bike shed with two(!) tandems!
