About the place

Dear applicant,

We will have two rooms available in the same house from the 26th of November! Please see the other advertisement for the second room. There will be four people living in the house in total. Please note that this is not a typical student house, but rather a place that is particularly suitable for someone who prefers a quiet living environment and wants to focus on their studies.

The room is quite spacious, measuring approximately 20m². It has plenty of natural light and comes with a private bathroom featuring a washbasin and shower. You will share the toilet and kitchen in the communal areas with just one other person.

There is a backyard of approximately 50 m², which gets plenty of sunlight. At the front of the building, there are also two front gardens (approximately 15 m² each) where you can sit and relax. Additionally, there is a separate storage room of approximately 8 m² and a covered bicycle parking area in the backyard.

The total monthly rent is €880, including all costs. The security deposit is set at one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €1,320. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

Viewings will take place on Tuesday, the 3rd of November, with the landlord. This will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and have a look at the room and the other facilities.
