The ground floor house is mainly inhabited by quiet students who are ambitious in the field of their studies. So pay attention! This is not a typical student house. If you value being able to study in peace, then this room is perfect for you!

The room is approximately 24m2 in size and can be easily divided into a bedroom and living room by placing a large closet or folding screen. You will have to share the bathroom with one other person and the kitchen with two other people.

The rent is 775 euros per month, with everything included. The deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, so in this case 1,162.50 euro.
