Voorstraat is looking for a new roommate starting in February 2026!

Are you between 18 and 26 years old, pursuing your (master's) degree or already working, and looking for a room? A room on the second floor is available!

The building has a total of 16 rooms spread over three floors. Each floor has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. We have a communal hall where parties and performances are regularly organized. The garden has a large covered veranda. There is a lockable bicycle shed. Albert Heijn is just around the corner, the train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the TU district is a 10-minute bike ride away.

The residents are between 19 and 70 years old, with a median age around 26. It's a mix of working and studying people. We don't have mandatory dinners or drinks at the house. However, that doesn't mean we don't organize social events regularly, so feel free to take the initiative!

The room is approximately 30m² with a stunning view of one of Delft's most beautiful canals! You also have your own sink. The rent (including deposit, gas, water, and electricity) is around €710. There are also costs for the washing machine and internet, which you share with the other tenants (approximately €17 per month). You will live on the upper floor with five other tenants.

The room will be available around February 7, 2026. PLEASE NOTE: If you are 26 or older before mid-February, you are unfortunately not eligible for the room due to an age limit set by the housing association. Therefore, responding to this advertisement is pointless! Furthermore, your income must not exceed the income limit for social housing.
