I am looking for a student to officially take over my contract for an Executive Queen room at The Social Hub Delft.

This is not a private sublet. The takeover must be approved and processed by The Social Hub, and the new tenant must be a registered student who can take over the contract under the same conditions.

The room is available from 1 September 2026 until 14 August 2027. The monthly price is €1,474.

The room is approximately 16 m² and is fully furnished. It includes a high-quality queen-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, desk, and safe.
