Looking for a room in one of the best locations in Delft? This house sits just steps from the station — 7 minutes by bike to TU Delft, and the city center is walkable, so you’ll barely need your bike except for uni.

The house itself is home to 14 students (about 10 long-term residents, plus a few short-stay housemates each year) — a real, lived-in Dutch student house. The room has big windows on the front side, tons of natural light, and is one of the larger rooms in the house. It comes furnished with a large 200x180 bed with storage underneath, an electric standing desk, an ultra-wide LG monitor (yours to use or have removed), a closet, and an adjustable hanging rack.
