Dear (male) students from Delft,

(Subletting with a chance of permanent tenancy)

Huize Maison Pretty Boy (MPB) is looking for a final-year bachelor's/beginning master's student to join our 5-person household from August through September (chance of permanent tenancy!). We are 4 senior students ourselves (TIL, EPA, Maritime, and Architecture) and are therefore quite serious about our studies. However, we certainly chill out and/or drink beers together occasionally, we do occasional activities on house nights, and we also pull stunts together at parties every now and then.

About the house: Spacious living room with open kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bathroom including bathtub, and an adjoining large roof terrace with enough sun to grow vegetables. The room becoming available is available from August 1st to September 30th and is approximately 7 m² with a rent of €415 including utilities. A housemate is looking for a new room, so there is a good chance of transitioning to a permanent room (nothing can be guaranteed).

MPB is located on Pootstraat, a stone's throw from the station, so you can reach the city center in no time. We eat together as much as possible in the house, and every year we organize a trip or weekend getaway together to further strengthen the house bond; on top of that, there is also an annual (former) housemates BBQ.
