A room will become available on the third floor of the house, in the attic, from the 26th of November. The room is very spacious, measuring approximately 31 m², and features plenty of space for a living and sleeping area, a private toilet, your own washbasin and plenty of natural light. In addition, there is a private attic storage space of approximately 20 m² where you can store your belongings. The kitchen and bathroom are shared facilities, which you will share with two other residents.

Please note! This is a quiet house and is not suitable for students who enjoy partying. The accommodation is intended for students or young professionals who want to focus on their studies or work.

The total monthly rent is €895, including all costs. The security deposit is one and a half times the monthly rent, which in this case amounts to €1,342.50. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

Viewings will take place on Friday, the 30th of October, with the landlord of the property. This will give us an opportunity to meet each other and view the room and the other facilities.
