About the place

As I'll be away for an internship from July 1st until October 31st, I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in Delft during that period.

The room is approximately 16 m² and comes fully furnished. It includes a bed (with mattress), a desk, two chairs, and the wardrobes shown in the photos. All personal belongings, boxes, plants, and other miscellaneous items will be removed before I leave. I'll be taking my monitor with me, but if you'd like, I can leave the monitor arm behind.

One of the biggest perks of the room is the balcony, which is especially nice during the summer. It also has sun shading, making it a great place to sit and relax even on warmer days.

You'll be sharing the apartment with three housemates: an American who is already working, an Italian bachelor's student who has just completed his first year, and a Greek bachelor's student who has also just finished his first year.

As for myself, I'm from the faraway and exotic land of Belgium (😆) and have just completed my first year of the MSc Aerospace Engineering programme at TU Delft. Since it's the summer holiday period, the other housemates will likely be away for a significant part of the summer, meaning the apartment will often be fairly quiet.

The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with the other housemates.
