€746 per month, all-in — rent plus gas, electricity, water and internet.

At move-in (€1,918.50): €572.50 deposit (refundable after de-registration) + first month's rent + €600 one-time, non-refundable contribution towards shared appliances and furniture (washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, gas stove with oven, sofa, dining set, and more).

Long-term indefinite contract: your name goes on the contract and you can register at the address with the Gemeente. No need to move again in a year.

Looking for (preferred): male flatmate preferred, master's student or working professional, staying at least 1.5 years.

A bit about me so you know what you'd be walking into:

I'm Sankalp, 30 years old and originally from India. Now, I'm pursuing my PhD (third-year) at TU Delft. I'm out of the house roughly 9:00–17:00 on weekdays, and my evenings are usually taken up with exercise and cooking. My girlfriend comes over a couple of evenings a week, so you can expect to see her around now and then. This is a queer-friendly household — I'm a straight ally, and everyone is welcome here.

Landlord approval requires (once you're selected): copy of ID, proof of study/employment, 3 recent payslips, contact details, and — if applicable — a guarantor's documents. Flag it early if this might be tricky for you.
