About the place

Hello there! 
We have an exciting opportunity for you! A room has just become available in our cozy city center house in beautiful Delft. The house is perfectly located, only 2 minutes by foot from the town hall, 7 minutes by bike from the campus and within walking distance to supermarkets and bars.

About the room:
The offered room is around 12m2, and while it comes unfurnished, it presents a great opportunity to personalize it as you like. You'll have access to shared amenities like the bathroom, kitchen, and toilet. The rent for the room is 600 EUR/month, which includes utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV). The contract is an individual one with the landlord, for a minimum of 1 year, and a 1-month rent deposit is required. Registration is definitely possible.

About us:
We are two friendly housemates, Peter and Tilman from Germany. Peter is a Master's student and Tilman is a PhD student at the TU. We enjoy maintaining a clean and tidy living space and value social interactions within the house. If you enjoy watching a movie or having a beer from time to time this will be a perfect match.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a male or female, active and working house pal/young professional above the age of 25. You may apply as a Master's student, too, but we do prefer if you are already working. The more interesting you are, the better.

I know many students are desperate and housing crisis in Delft is hitting, but please respect our time.
