About the place

I’m looking for a tenant to sublet my room from August to 12 September 2026! (The dates are somewhat flexible and can be discussed.)

The room is located in a mixed student house (male/female) in the center of Delft, with a cozy shared living room, a garden, and a rooftop terrace.

The room is clean, spacious, and bright. During the rental period, the room will be unfurnished. I’m looking for a friendly and enthusiastic tenant who would enjoy living with eight other housemates! There is a possibility of getting a permanent room afterward.
