About the place

This room is available for subletting! It comes fully furnished as shown in the photos, excluding the monitor and speakers. The room includes Wi-Fi, and the shower and toilet facilities are shared. There is also a shared common area with a spacious kitchen. This area also has a sunny balcony, a TV, a bar with a tap, etc.

You will be living with 14 other male students of approximately the same age.

It is within walking distance of the city centre and the nearest supermarket. It is also a 10-minute bike ride to the train station or TU Delft, and there is a park nearby.
